Technology is everywhere these days.  It is important that technology be used to its best ability in education.  It can give the students more opportunities to grow in today’s new fast growing lifestyle.  


Using technology in education is helpful in that it can be useful for teachers to connect more with their students and make learning more fun.  Technology is constantly changing, so it can be hard to keep up, especially if you’re not very tech-savvy.  Here are a few of the many tools you can use as an educational tool for teaching in the quickly changing digital world we now live in:

With Khan Academy, you can learn anything for free!  It provides tons of videos on various topics.  Teachers often use this as a supplement for their classroom materials.

Kerpoof is a website filled with creative fun games that aid in learning.  It also provides lesson plans for teachers to use in their classrooms.

Teachers, get organized!  This is a great and useful tool to help you organize all of your lesson plans.

A new and improved way to easily create presentations.  It will help you organize and share your ideas in less time.

Find inspiration on teaching interesting topics that you may not have thought of yourself.

Go paperless!  With this website, you can bookmark, highlight, and take notes digitally!

Forget going to Staples, buying a 3-ring binder, and carrying that heavy thing around with you all day.  This is an online binder, which can be organized faster, and clearer than your old-school binder. This is better in that you also could share and collaborate your binder with others, including using the virtual whiteboard!
