Dress in Style this Homecoming with 3 Trendy Looks We Love

It’s the start of the school year, and I know what is on everyone’s mind (not school work, of course)- HOMECOMING!  Ladies, it is time to start dress shopping.  Here are a few ideas that may help you decide what to wear on one of the most crucial days of the year.  With these tips, you will be wearing the perfect dress in no- time!

1.
Maxi Dresses

Maxi dresses aren't just for summer anymore. A long gown delivers a formal look that you can’t get with short dress styles and shows off a level of sophistication perfect for any grade.  If you want to show off an elegant style for homecoming, this is the look for you!

2. One-Shoulder Sleeved Dresses
Make a statement with a petite, one-shoulder dress. Perfect for those who can’t decide on which side is your best. One-shoulder dresses look great in bright colors or with a little sparkle. They also add the perfect amount of sophistication to your photos.

3.
Quarter-Sleeved Dresses

Not everyone can live in sunny California and for the rest of us, quarter-sleeved dresses make the perfect climate-conscious dress option for those “not too hot, not too cold” days.  Quarter-Sleeved dresses are just the right amount of coverage, without being too much or too little.

There is a style for everyone at any price.
Top off your look with these tips to help get you through the night looking perfect:

Hair: Try and go for a simple, easy to manage look.  You don’t want to spend all of your time in the bathroom mirror fixing it up!  I recommend either loose curls, or fully straightened.  If you have really short hair, try a thick side part, and put a cute clip in it.

Accessories: Jewelry is nice, but not too much.  I recommend a pair of earrings, 1 necklace, 1 bracelet on each wrist, or 2 bracelets on one.

Makeup: Stick with the natural look.  You don’t want to go overboard and look like a clown.  The natural makeup look matches everything and is easy to manage.

Shoes: Heels are always a good choice.  Make sure your heels aren’t too high.  You will most likely be dancing the whole time and you don’t want to be falling all over the place just because you wore really high heels.  I always bring flats with me just in case!

Most importantly, have fun! Create amazing memories and take as much pictures as possible to look back and remember how awesome you looked!
