Get Involved With After School Clubs

After school clubs can benefit you in many ways.  Whether it is to make new friends, to acquire knowledge, or even to boost up your resume for the future; being involved in clubs is the best thing to do while you are still in school. We've compiled a short list of appealing clubs that most schools offer.  Feel free to choose the best one that peaks your interest.  If your school does not offer a club of your choice, why not put one together yourself?

Yearbook Committee.  The yearbook committee is in charge of creating the school’s yearbook.  Put your creativity to the test by assembling the perfect yearbook!  Of course, if you do get involved in this- there’s no better way than the Picaboo Yearbooks way!  Gather the best photos of your school and school-mates, go to http://yearbooks.picaboo.com/ and design a yearbook that other schools will be jealous of!

Math Club “Mathletes”.  Algebra, statistics, multiplication, division, subtraction, addition… is this your thing?  Then math club is the club for you!  Show off your intelligence by tackling those hard to solve equations for all to see.

Computer Club.  Do you have an interest in computers?  Technology is everywhere these days and it can be used in so many different ways.  Joining this club will give u the chance to explore all those ways, and more with others that have the same interest.

Photography Club.  Photos are a great way to show off your artistic ability.  They capture moments and memories that you cannot take away.  In the photography club, you can learn different ways to take pictures, and build up your own portfolio.

Debate Club.  Politics and government are a huge part of society.  It’s very important to know about the laws of the world, and of course, everyone is entitled to their own opinion.  Are you ready to back yours up?

There are plenty of clubs to choose from that will foster your learning and bring tons of fun after a stressful school day.  Those are just a few to get you thinking.
